Do you have a physical store?
Nope! PaperScape press is an e-commerce site which means all transactions are conducted online.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.
How long will it take for me to receive my comic order?
We usually dispatch comics via Australia Post within 48 business hours of receiving the order. Please check their site for domestic delivery times.
What’s your policy for refunds, returns and replacements?
We do not issue refunds for change of mind. If your order was lost or damaged during transit, or you believe the product has a manufacturing defect, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of placing your order. You can return items to:

Any other marketing collateral and business cards can be quoted and ordered on an ad hoc basis. Contact us for Pricing.
Do you price match?
Sure do. To make sure we’re quoting for a like-for-like product, we will need a copy of the original competitive quote.
What are the requirements for a book to be print-ready?
For a book to be print-ready, we will need at least a 3mm of bleed, a 5mm safe margin and all pages ordered into a pdf file. Artwork that is not print-ready may be subject to additional fees and/or extended turnarounds unless otherwise included in the quote or invoice.
